FOR EVERY AUDITION AT GREASEPAINT - FORMS ARE BELOW THIS INFORMATION.
IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BRING A PHOTO TO ATTACH TO YOUR RESUME/AUDITION FORM FOR THE DIRECTOR

Auditioners will be asked to sing 16 bars of music - only one song choice please
